After the huge success of the first UMM video colab, Utah Marathi Mandal is happy to announce our 2020 Ganesh Utsav!
We are sure that everyone is excited and eager to welcome Ganapati Bappa with the same zeal and passion but with the new normal. UMM will be hosting a Live Event to seek the blessings of Vighnaharta, the remover of all obstacles! More details to follow soon.
To continue the tradition, Utah Marathi Mandal is asking entries for various performance categories for the 2020 Ganesh Utsav like solo and group dancing, singing, one act play and any other activity/performance that fits into the decorum of the event.
Members who are willing to participate or perform, but don’t have a group for performance/s can reach out to events@utahmarathi.com mentioning their area of interest to perform. We will try our best to facilitate a platform for them to perform. All these performances will be pre-recorded and orchestrated in our Live Ganesh Utsav!
While we celebrate our beloved Ganesh Utsav with devotion and fervor, we certainly hope that the performances will be conducted in a safe manner and in adherence to the local and CDC guidance. Here are a few useful resources and guidelines:
